A comprehensive meeting was held between MÜSİAD UK and Mehmet Uvez, Deputy Head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Ankara Office.
The meeting focused on exploring ways to collaborate in securing funding for our members’ investments in Turkey and globally. Various budget sizes and sector-specific solutions were discussed, along with potential working approaches.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), headquartered in London, United Kingdom, has Turkey represented on its Board and actively funds investments in Turkey. MÜSİAD UK continues to act as a bridge, helping our members access resources that enhance both their sectoral and financial capabilities.
The meeting was attended by MÜSİAD UK Chairwoman Attorney Türkan Akbaş, S.G. Özlem Bacak, Board Member of the Export Development&Corporate Relations Commission Engin Doğan, and Board Member of the Diplomatic Relations Commission Murat Oknar. They presented questions and expectations from both the members and themselves, while also listening to the funding solutions and products offered by the EBRD.
